My new favorite wintertime hobby started because I found it very soothing just to watch and listen to Bob do his thing. I would love to have had the chance to meet him. He made me believe I could do it. My favorite part is painting the sky and water. I was terrified to even try to paint a tree, but I can now without all the apprehension.

I love creating. Whether it's sketching, wood working (my previous favorite wintertime hobby), whipping something together with a glue gun, writing poetry, etc.. if I'm creating, I'm in my happy place. An added bonus is, a lot of my crafts make awesome, unique Christmas gifts for the family ( and I don't have to go to the mall). Whatever creative activities make you happy, I say DO IT!! Life is short, embrace the things that bring you joy.
