I hadn’t gotten to paint all week. I wanted to do a nice winter scene and stumbled upon this one. My creek didn’t turn out as I had hoped, so I scraped it off and it became a happy little tree.

Great painting, really like the subtle hills in the background and the trees on the mountain in the foreground!
