In this painting I finally learned what I had been doing wrong with my script liner!!!! But, but until the last tree. Hahaha. But, that’s alright, there will be more paintings. I am very happy with this, but wish I had focused more on the sky when I was adding in my colors. When I do this again I will not have the colors in a straight line. That is my biggest regret here, but indeed a learning lesson.

Those branches are great! It seems to always be the last thing we do on a painting where there is an "aha!" moment with whatever technique is challenges us. Oh well, save your new learning for the next paintings. This one is lovely.
