I thank JosephDurham for bringing this idea to me. I remember seeing this idea somewhere else too. Off my Bob Ross board game, lol. This composition I thought worked well for the stencil as the middle of the painting is basically green grass. Hence no one will miss it not being there 😀. I have a few touch-ups to do to the white once it dries. But surprisingly the masking tape worked pretty well. Canvas size was 24"x24".

Lol thanks Tony! I bet it was fairly close between the masking tape and painting as to which took longer. Actually I used tweezers to remove it.
