Evening Seascape

Ninoum 30 Dec 2023

A well due painting!! I finally put my paint & brushes onto it!

Not an easy one! Great seascape from Bob! It’s nice not to deal with a big crasher at times. Those cliffs are def a challenge to get them right. I really like the yellow at the foot of the wave.

Hey my friend. Greetings from work 😎your cliffs are so outstanding there are no suitable words for and you can almost feel the water how it breaks on the beach Wow effect πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

Amazing water effects, especially on the beach!

One of Bob’s best and also one of his most difficult ones! Someday when I’m feeling more confident I’ll try this one again.

GOOD STUFF NANCY!LOVE THAT SEA WATER SMASHING ON THE ROCKS!HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Perfection Nancy. I love that I can see the cliffs!

Your recent paintings are very nice. And I am too clumsy to do realistic paintings, but you are so dexterous that I think you are suited for realistic paintings. I am sure there are museums like that in the U.S., but if you ever get a chance to come to Japan, I suggest you visit the Hoki Museum in Chiba City, which has many super-realistic paintings that seem to be more than photographs. There are many super-realistic paintings on display that look more like photographs, and they are very popular.

Another beauty from you! Love the cliffs and the water and beach look fantastic!

Thank you so much my dear friend! πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ😊 Since I did my seascape workshop, I feel so much more confident. Glad to see you like it! πŸ˜€

Many thanks H! I agree with you, probably one of the most challenging seascape from Bob. The Other one would be "Mountain by the Sea" from S9E12.

It took my 16 months to have the courage to embrace this one. Take your time. The day will come for you too! 😊 Already looking forward to seeing your version!

Grazie mille amico mio. Buon anno anche a te!

Translation: Thank you so much my friend. Happy new year to you too!

Thank you bunches Tomi!! The cliffs are so majestic, they also take a good amount of time to get them right, it is great to be able to see them. I get that Bob wanted to do a dark scene, but I went a little brighter. I don't regret it. Thank you for confirming! 😊

Very nice. Excellent job!

Thank you so much Jin! πŸ˜ƒ I have done a few realistic paintings. It is def an avenue I want to deepen. I will write your museum suggestion in my Bob Ross monthly planner. I would love to come visit Japan one day. Bucket list thing to do!

Thank you much Sandy! πŸ€—

Thank you much Tony! πŸ˜€

Many thanks Lc! Your comments are always so wonderful! πŸ₯°

Nice work, this is a complex piece. Complex to make it look good. You succeeded!

Thank you so much Tom! 😊 The level of difficulty of this one really took me by surprise. But great piece to learn some more!
