I think this is my best painting so far, mainly because I learned a great lesson about not getting frustrated. I was so happy with my background mountain that I almost didn't even attempt to put the big rock in front of it. However, I summoned my bravery and then promptly butchered it four different times. I wiped it down each time and started again and finally came up with something I thought wasn't terrible. Very happy I did because I am very pleased with the overall result once I got over that hurdle.
