This time I only did the summer version of this episode in which Bob paints two scenes in one session. I am loosing focus on my painting when I have to switch between more then one, I tried it some times, but it's not my favorite activity. The scene is not too complicated, I like the purple glow in the sky and I find brown summer mountains more difficult to do, I think it's because the sienna paint that I use (Gamblin this time) does not break as good as the white. I did it on canvas panel of 24 x 30 cm.
Mega work, Jos. Has something very real. Really great ππΌπ©πͺπ³π±
Love the mountains and the colors. Trees look great
Thank you very much Dirk, Sandy and Heidi for your comments!
Nice work, Jos. I may have to "borrow" that purple glow . . . I especially like your work to highlight the foreground trees and bushes.
Thank you Jon and yes the highlights were going very well, maybe because I bought some fresh liquid white.
