I recently went to my second real painting class, conducted by Australian CRI Camelle Denny in Mogo, New South Wales. We did "Babbling Brook", but without the contact paper oval. We also included the central tree in the acrylic underpainting.
I was rushing when I got to the foliage and didn't pay enough attention to shadows, so after letting it dry for a week I have gone over parts of it with a glaze of Payne's Grey to try to put some darkness back into it.
