11x14 Oil on Canvas Paper. I went full country and added a few distant cows. Animals are hard for me (as are portraits) but I think they add something. I'm starting off small and trying to include hints of distant birds and in this case, cows. This is #43 in my New Joy of Painting book - moving along and trying to learn and grow.

I love the way you have the tree outside the painting but is part of it. Very effective.
Thank you Joha and Colin. Bob often does that with his ovals, so I just followed him. But it is a lot of fun, so I recommend trying an oval sometime.
