Wonderful mountains with great distance and also, what an awesome, expansive sky!

I’ve really been studying others technical approach to clouds. Learning techniques is like so important.
Thanks for your kind words!
I’m excited to do my 4th painting now that almost all of the ‘not so great’ beginner/craft store oil paint 10lm tubes are basically used up. I’ll be moving into some Student oil paint now.

Great work, and nice to see the highlights on the mountain coming from the left! This is also fantastic for your 3rd painting. Every single painting will get better and better. You will learn to hone your skills every time. I'm about to paint my 20th painting and I can really see progress. If you check my profile, I added a picture of my progression from painting 1 to 19. Keep up the great work!

Thanks a lot LightSnow! Im happiest with the progression of my Clouds and Trees. But, I should be painting my 4th today sometime.

I checked out your Profile, you have some nice work!

Your mountains are breathtaking!

Thank you ksulli10. I spend ALOT more time on a painting than Bob Ross does. No where near as fast as he is. This one took me around 3 or 4 hours. My mountains take a lot of time since they are such a focal point in any painting. Learning to have the paint 'break' more and more is really the key. Slightly changing the angle to provide more planes is key as well.
