First attempt at using black acrylic to create the atmosphere. I'm using "value" canvasses so it definitely could have taken the paint better. I'm also left-handed so i tend to have to follow along with Bob, but do it in reverse.
As I was going with this painting, I wanted more depth and I wasn't sold on the cacti. So I went with more rock formations and by the end when i showed my wife, she told me it looked like Doctor Who's home planet. Not even sure what that is, but I'll take it!
