My building is leaning... any tips on getting that angled roof not to be so wonky?

I suggest that learn Perspective (one point.two point)There are many videos about perspective on YouTube. And if you would do so you could draw nice cabins like Tom0779. Happy painting!

You took quite a daring angle here, like being on top of a hill. Përhaps that made the barn so difficult.
You might wanna try putting a miniature (3 dimensional!) house in front of you, into the position you would like to paint it into your scenery. That will help with the contouring and angles.
