Sorry about glare, could not get rid of it.

I felt lazy to mess with black gesso. So, no gesso underpainting and way too much oil as my proportion of the liquid(oil & odorless thinner) is messed up.

16x20 inches. Oil on canvas.

This is very nice. I like the pathway it looks so natural. Your big tree is excellent and so are the leafy trees in the background too.

Tom, thanks! I wiped canvas 1.5 times as I could not get trees like Bob would do and did them in my way. :) I even tried to use round brush, but no luck.

Well done! You didn't use Bob Ross methode but it was better choice for you.
Bob Ross methode is not easy .

I agree about the gesso. I didn't like how it turned out on mine. You can achieve a similar effect without it and your background is great. You have great depth and space in this painting. Mine ended up flat.
