Working with acrylic to try and recreate so of these painting is not easy
I used the information to create what I felt worked for me, the most important part I enjoyed doing it

thank you for Kaysteeze, I had done 6 versions before I posted this one. I have been watching the videos with out painting at the same time to retain the information. I love your stuff what kind of acrylic paints you use?
I use Liquitex basic and heavy body and Arteza.

Thank you! I've been using the 50 cent acrylic paint from Walmart, but I'm planning on upgrading eventually. That's awesome you are getting in so much practice! You'll be a pro before long.
thank you LinzeePaints, I did want to put them in at first but happy how they turned, i used Liquitex heavy body raw umber, black, burnt sienna with titanium white to achieve the look

Clouds/skies are so much harder in acrylic for me. You did a great job getting your clouds to look puffy! And you nailed the mountains and the bark. Nice painting!
