I like my trees better than in my first painting. Still need work on mixing colors and getting the color I want, and making the leaves and grass. And I get a lot of paint from the canvas mixing with the colors on the brush as I try to do the leaves and grass. Should I wipe the brush off before I go to load more pain onto it?

I think it looks amazing! What brand of paint are you using? Is it dry and thick or is it very wet? I use Bob Ross paint and I still put it on a piece of cardboard for a half hour before I put it on my pallet so it removes most of the oil so it’s very dry! Try a more delicate touch when your doing your leaves and grass for the final time! Also make sure your thinning your paint for the leaves and grass for the final application, remember a thin paint will stick to a thick paint! Thin down with thinner or refined linseed oil. Hope this helps!
