It’s been a month or so I have posted anything. I am working on a commissioned painting. I will post it very soon. But yesterday, I took a little break from it and had the immense pleasure and opportunity to teach a private class to a 1st time painter… Diane. She offered me to paint outdoor in her beautiful haven, her beautiful backyard. It was my 1st time to paint outside. It was magical. She did a phenomenal job and made herself & I very proud. She misses autumn very much so we did a fall version of S32E1. 🍁

Beautiful work, they’re both lovely.
The off-center mountain and tree heights brings a nice balance and directs your eyes into the opening and to center and allows one to take in the entire painting in one glance. Very nice work!
