Inspired by something off of Paul Ranson’s YouTube channel, this was the hardest painting I’ve attempted so far. Mainly because, for someone who struggles with mountains, it’s generally not a good idea to attempt a painting that prominently features two of them. At least I got some practice and I don’t think the end result was as bad as it felt halfway through the painting.
Mountains are hard. May I suggest an all knife painting to get some practice? Bob did 2 which O found very helpful. Great bushes and trees.

I think the mountains look quite nice. I've also struggled a great deal with them to the point that I've avoided them almost completely. I really need to stop avoiding them! You're doing great by continuing to challenge yourself. The highlights in the forground are also very nicely done. Cheers!
