I added little pine cones on the ground & trees. I made them quite subtle. I wasn’t sure how they would come out. By doing some research on those, I saw some gigantic pine cones. I wanted to share them with you (see pic).
A little cabin seemed to be appropriate to go enjoy a spectacular view and unwind some.

Thank you much Yucel! ☀️ To answer your question, the painting without the additional details , it took me about 5 hours. I take too many breaks when I paint. Lol! The cabin & the chair took me about 3 hours. I am too picky. If something is slightly off, I fix it right away. I messed up the cabin and the chair once or twice by correcting something else. But I got it to where I wanted it at some point. 😊

Awwww! Thank you super much Tony! I agree with you about the mountain. The detail that Bob did in this one that he doesn't do in any other mountain painting, is that he added some black on the shadow side once the whole thing was done. It gives so much more realism to it. I accidently made them bigger too. 😬
