My first BR painting of 2026, very enjoyable with a limited pallet. I had a too thick layer of liquid clear due to the viscosity in cold weather and the background trees dripped a bit. Kinda like that. Also I think the ovals are dated so I don’t bother.

You're right, ovals are dated and they use up canvas space too which seems a bit of a waste. I like your happy accident.
It’s very effective to have the trees like that, it’s beautiful! An exceptionally beautiful cabin too.
