Northwest Majesty

LCLeonard 22 Feb 2021

The woman does a great job of emphasizing the need to thin the paint between layers, which has been my biggest issue. I started out with a screw up: I thought I was using my liquid white when it turns out I was using white gesso. I couldn’t figure out why my sky wouldn’t cooperate, and I thought my liquid white went bad or something. I was midway through the tree highlights when I caught it. Oops! Still turned out nice though, I think :) what are your thoughts? Any tips to make it better?
