Painting #52. For this one, I followed along with a video from happy trees by Bram (he posts painting videos on his Facebook page). I had a lot of difficulty actually figuring out what to paint today and ultimately went with this one. Overall, this was pleasant but, in hindsight, I could have added more striking light to the sky. The oval brush is one of my favorites and I used this one pretty much exclusively for the foliage. 18x24 on a canvas that was first covered in black gesso.

Oh wow! I absolutely love the colours in this one. It pops but it's also calming. Love the reflection in the water. Its just beautiful. Love it! Well done!. (Scootermate_taits mum)

Good job Lightsnow. I like how black border make the painting to stand out.
Stones on the left side look really good and they sit their for a long time, so many of them eroded to the soil and gave life to plants.
