This was my eleventh attempt at painting. I wanted to make something for my mother for mother's day as she seems to like the oval paintings. 16x24, high quality canvas. I used my palette to make an oval in some contact paper. Once again, I had trouble getting it to stick to the canvas. This is the 3rd brand of sticky paper I used, so I had to continually keep fussing trying to keep the bristles from sneaking under the oval.

Great painting! If you can do some woodworking, you can make a oval frame to fit the canvas and paint the wood frame any color you want!
