I enjoyed doing this painting quite a bit. The pastel colors were really calming and I think they helped me to relax on this one. Having premixed some of the colors helped as well. If you notice, in the episode, Bob has grey, lavender, pink, and orange premixed on his pallet. I did the same and I think the results were great. I could never have mixed the colors well enough if I had tried to do it on the fly. I also liked using the 1 inch brush on the trees. I feel like these are some of my most realistic yet. I'm also pretty happy with the fence and the shadows from the posts.
