Valley Waterfall

Voy Kay 23 Nov 2020

11th painting of season 23, I am close to completing it.
I thought up front this was going to be a challenging one and in fact, it only partially was. The mountains were hard cause lots of things going on there for such a small mountain. I felt mine was choked on and spit out again! For me, it brings the painting down somewhat.
The fall was really easy, just as the evergreens. So if you can control the grass and that %@#&!µ mountain somewhat, you will have a very nice painting!

Painted in less then two hours on a budget 16"x20" canvas.

Please enjoy!

Thank you Tom!
Lately, I am painting faster then ever before so it seems I'm getting more and more accustomed to Bob's creations.
To think of it .... that mountain looks in fact better on a picture then on canvas! I will have to learn to love it!
Normally I can only do a Bob recreation about three times a week, when my office is available. The rest of the week, I need to do other paint creations or focus on drawings.

Hear you soon my friend!

Lots of attention to detail here Voy! Very nice. So much dust ace with the different layers of evergreens.

Very nice Voy. I like the soft effect you’ve given the grasses, and the great mountains and pines with a beautiful shade of water!

Heather, still trying to do my best! Mountains, grasses, foliage and bushes .... they remain tricky for me!

Dear FVG, yes, I took special attention to soften it all up!
And yes, it's one of my better falls and waters that I created!
